Well, there has been a rumor floating around recently talking about xbox 360 getting a complete redesign and upgraded parts. The idea is to combine all the components of the 360 onto one chip, reducing a ton of space. Much like what Sony did with the PS2 a few years ago. Then again, there are many skeptics now saying that Microsoft would never do this because it would affect all the current accessories they have for the xbox 360. They would have to put out modified parts for the new system (faceplates, hard drives, inter coolers). Who knows? This is said to happen in 2009, so lets wait and see!
